Vincent de Rooij has extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence in both production and office environments.
Vincent brings to TBM more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and implementing Operational Excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma programs in both production and office environments. He is passionate about Lean and Business Excellence and has extensive experience in Strategy Deployment, Change Management, and Business Process Improvement.
Vincent started his career in the automotive industry at DAF trucks developing advanced vehicle systems, including hybrid electric drive systems for General Motors in the US. While working at Delphi Automotive and Remy Automotive Europe, he held various positions with responsibilities for product development, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, and production.
Before joining TBM in 2013, he was the Lean Program Director for SCA packaging, designing, and overseeing a Lean implementation program for SCA’s 150 European locations training over 1,100 employees and significantly impacting the bottom line.
Vincent has degrees in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering from the Technical University Eindhoven.
A Dutch national, he also speaks English, German, and French.
