Overview

Add Lean and Six Sigma improvement tools to your skill set. No other program provides full certification, together with Sigma Kaizen training – giving you the toolset for superior results, in a fraction of the normal time.

Option 1 Traditional In House customised Green Belt training - 3 weeks of training and skill transfer. Often used by companies who have a large number of employees needing training simultaneously. There are 2 weeks of classroom study plus a 1 week Sigma Kaizen event at your site where you experience real-world application of the learned concepts and tools. Your project will be selected with the guidance of our Master Black Belts. There are 4 weeks between each of the 3 course module weeks, during which you will use the LeanSigma skills to complete the define and measure phases and begin the analysis phase of your project. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the training and 2 projects, demonstrating proficiency in applying Green Belt tools.

New for 2012 for those of you in a hurry we offer these additional choices:

Option 2 Condensed Green Belt Certification - 2 week classroom only Green Belt theory leading to certification on successful submission and assessment of a project. You get the full theory content of the traditional course but we leave out the project week and request you submit a project for assessment instead. Your project must demonstrate your understanding of real-world applications of the learned concepts and tools and will be selected with the guidance of our Master Black Belts. Complete your project back on site within 6 months with guidance from your mentor who will monitor you online and by phone as you progress through. Successful project submission and assessment will lead to Green Belt certification.

Option 3 Ultra Intensive Green Belt Certification - 1 week classroom only Green Belt theory leading to certification on successful submission and assessment of a project. No theory is missed we just cut back on time. You get the full theory content of the traditional course but we leave out the project week and request you submit a project for assessment instead. Your project must demonstrate your understanding of real-world applications of the learned concepts and tools and will be selected with the guidance of our Master Black Belts. Complete your project back on site within 6 months with guidance from your mentor who will monitor you online and by phone as you progress through. Successful project submission and assessment will lead to Green Belt certification.

For our Condensed and Ultra Intensive courses we have not compromised on the quality or depth of learning, in the true spirit of lean we are simply cutting out the non essential portions in our courses... in effect we've made them leaner.

Pricing and Prerequisites

Traditional 3 week In House LeanSigma Kaizen Green Belt certification - price on application.

Condensed 2 week classroom LeanSigma Kaizen Green Belt certification - £3200 plus £500 for final project assessment and certification  

Ultra Intensive LeanSigma Kaizen Green Belt certification - £1500 plus £500 for final project assessment and certification

We also offer additional support for your project phase

  • Event week support at £900/day
  • On site mentoring at £900/day
  • On site assistance with project definition at £150/hour

Terms and Conditions

Event fees are due in full prior to the start of classroom week one. Fees include seminar materials and lunches. 

Requirements

All participants are required to have an up to date licensed copy of Minitab 15 and a laptop computer for use during the training sessions. 

Cancellations

Any cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received within 15-21 business days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 0-14 business days of the event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Transfers and Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed at any time. Transfers to another date will only be accommodated one time. TBM is committed to fulfilling the schedule as presented, however TBM reserves the right to cancel any courses where sufficient registration levels have not been met.
