Awareness:  Designed to introduce the concepts of LeanSigma to different types of industries and various parts of your organization.  The purpose of awareness training is to help associates at all levels understand the purpose of embarking on a lean journey, to provide insight to the changes that lie ahead, to help them understand how this supports a strategy for driving profitable growth, and to explain their role in supporting the effort.
