For nearly 20 years, we have been helping discrete manufacturers, continuous process production companies and service and public sector organizations transform themselves into lean champions. We have opened offices in Australia, China, Europe, India, South America and North America, while growing at almost 30 percent per year. During the first four months of employment, our new consultants undergo an intensive, hands-on training program, full of experiences designed to expand skills, technical knowledge and ability.

Besides our 140 consultants, all of whom come to us with solid business management experience, we have a team of 40 support associates world-wide, including educators, customer relations specialists, business writers, event coordinators, marketing executives, and accountants.
